Make A Trekking Tour Recreations?

1. Please enquiry your trekking tour package via our Booking Form, E-mail: mujitrekker@gmail.com, Whatsapp: +62 8 7777 30 1990, or via our Contact Us button for other bookings methods.
2. We will send you the CUSTOMER ID Form to collect your personal information to book your Hotel, National Park Tickets, and other administration needs
3. Once we have your personal information, we will send you the Booking Confirmation, Invoice & Itinerary of your trekking tour
4. Make a 25% advance payment to secure your bookings
5. To book the National Park Tickets we need
   Your active passport for Foreigner and KTP/NIK for Indonesia resident
6. Share your arrival/pick up location in Lombok (One you have the exact pick up location, you may inform as a day before your arrival in Lombok) 

Step 1: Booking Confirmation

To secure your bookings, we require these following bellow

1. Passport Copy

To guarantee a smooth arrangement of your trekking, we require each traveler’s passport to buy the Mount Rinjani National Park Tickets. We will buy your national park tickets as soon as we receive your passport.

1. Advance Payment

To confirm your reservations, we required minimum 25% deposit to make sure you get the spot. Once you make the advance payment, we confirm your booking and by the Mount Rinjani National Park entrance tickets and book your one-night hotel pre-trek.

We provide four recommended payment methods

1. Credit Card:

We will send you the live payment invoice link once you choose to pay by credit card

2. Revolut:

You can follow the bank details on the invoice that we send you via e-mail/whatspp

3. Transfer Wise:

The same way to pay as Revolut, just follow the bank details on the invoice that we send via e-mail/whatsapp

4. Internation Bank Transfer:

The same way to pay with Revolut and Transfer Wise, you need to follow the bank details on the invoice that we send you via e-mail/whatsapp

Step 2: Arrival & Pick Up Details

To make sure your trip smoothly arranged upon arrival in Lombok, please kindly provide us your arrival details:

• Lombok International Airport

Please send us your flight details including Flight name, Arriva/Departure time and Date

• Arriving by Fast Boat

Please provide us your Boat name, Arrival/Departure time and date, and port name in Lombok. There can be arrive in Sengigi, Bansal or Teluk nare port.

• Already In Lombok

If you are already in Lombok, please inform us your hotel/pick up location, time and date, we are glade to pick up from all over Lombok.

Step 3: Revise and Finalist

• Once we have all details the we need, we competed your bookings and listed all your booking details to guarantee you have a smooth arrangement.

Terms of Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All of our Mt. Rinjani Trekking Prices valid form 1^st April – 31^st December 2026
• Other trekking tour activities prices valid form 1^st January – 31^st December 2026
• 25% advance required upon booking confirmations
• The advance payment can be paid by Credit Card or other online transfer methods
• The transfer fees are responsibility of the customers
• Once you made the payment, please send us the receipt via e-mail or whatsapp for verification
• The remaining payment can be made at our office on your arrival dates by Credit card, Revolut, Transfer Wise or International Bank Transfer

Cancellation Policy

• 25% deposit is non-refundable. The deposits are collected for seat booking and purchasing the Mount Rinjani National Park entrance tickets
• No reschedule is allowed once the National Park tickets has been issued. If you wish to change your trekking date after the tickets purchased, you have to pay the additional cost for the new tickets following to the official regulation of Mt. Rinjani National Park
• Deposit refundable if the Mount Rinjani is officially closed by the Indonesian government due to natural disaster or any other conditions, but takes times to claim the refund from the government.
• Cancellation upon arrival/one day before trekking date, full amount of payment has to be paid.

Health and Fitness Requirement

Participant must be physically and mentally fit for trekking activities. Gues must inform Muji Trekker about and medical condition before the trip commencing.

Customer Medical Information

• Make sure you are in a fit condition to join the trekking
• Please inform us if you have any medical history, allergy, dietary or other medical condition, then we can prepare according to your condition.
• Please bring your basic personal medication incase you can not use our medication for personal purpose.

Travel Insurance (Mandatory for Trekking)

All trekking participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering:

• Medical treatment
• Emergency evacuation and rescue
• High altitude trekking activities

Muji Trekker is not responsible for medical or evacuation cost not covered by guest insurance.

Note:

• The mount Rinjani inbound insurance cover standard medical treatment, Emergency evacuation and rescue. (NOT Included helicopter – personal requirement)
• Our company is in corporation with NUSAMEDICA since June 2026 for international medical needs (Helping customer to use their travel insurance in Indonesia with high quality medical service including helicopter needs)

Weather & natural Conditions

Mount Rinjani Trekking and outdoor tours are subject to weather and natural conditions. Muji Trekker reserves the right to modify itinerary or cancel trips for safety reasons.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

Adventure activities involve risks. By joining the trip, participants accept personal responsibility for risks involved.

Muji Trekker and its staff not liable for:

• Personal injury (Including Death)
• Loss or damage of belongings
• Delays cause by weather, transport, or force majeure
