A thrilling sunrise hike Lombok, the Sunrise Hike to Pergasingan Hill, is one of the most interesting tourist attractions, offering an incredible panorama of the ancient caldera of Sembalun volcano. Pergasingan Hill was the first geosite founded by International Geopark Management, and it rises to a height of 1808 meters above sea level. Engaging in this excursion allows you to delve deeper into Lombok’s natural beauty on an exhilarating journey while the breathtaking rice carpet unfolds before you. This trek will start in Sembalun village, the same trekking center, and end at Mount Rinjani volcano.

Pergasingan Hill is located on the northeast side of Mount Rinjani and rises to 1808 m above sea level. It takes approximately 3 hours to hike up to the peak and 2.5 hours to walk down. You may choose a longer program for a 2D1N camping experience if you wish to enjoy a happy camping night and marvel at the wonderful night stars around a warm campfire.

Pickup & Briefing
Your adventure begins with a 01:30 AM pickup from your accommodation in Lombok. You’ll be transferred to our office in Sembalun, where you’ll meet your guide and porter team. After a short trek briefing, the hike officially begins at 03:00 AM.

12:00am – 03:00am drive to Muji Trekker Office in Sembalun village (Trekking Center)

03:00am – 03:10am drive from Muji Trekker office to trekking gate by open car/motor bike

03:10am – 06:10am hike up to the Gunung Pergasingan Peak 1,808m above sea level

06:10am – 08:00am breakfast and hot drinks will be serve by our team within the sunrise

08:00am – 11:00am walk back to the trekking gate

11:00am – 11:10am drive back to Muji Trekker office by open car/motor bike

11:10am – 14:00pm drive back to your hotel in Lombok

14:00pm Trip Finished
