The Majestic Rinjani Volcano Tour South Summit

Rinjani volcano tour Lombok via Tetebatu village is a southeast trekking route to access Mount Rinjani summit at 3300 m above sea level, locally known as Sangkareang Summit. Because there are fewer people taking the South Summit trekking route, this is an untouched route. It’s a more genuine jungle experience, rich in flora and fauna, during the trek up to the campsite. MOUNT RINJANI VOLCANO TOUR SOUTH SUMMIT

This trekking program allows you to explore the untouched trekking route via Tetabatu to Mount Sangkareang, known as the third south summit of Mount Rinjani volcano. Walk through the real jungle, where you might encounter wildflowers and animals during the trek up to the campsite. The stunning sunrise and the incredible crater lake will be visible from the summit, offering a unique perspective of Mount Rinjani National Park.

Rinjani Volcano TOur Itinerary

This Mount Rinjani trekking tour itinerary applies to those customers who spend one night before trekking at the Rinjani Trekking Center, Sembalun Village, Senaru Village, or Tetebatu Village. But if you are staying at another place in Lombok, we will customize your trekking tour itineraries to suit your interests. Feel free to let us know; we are delighted to assist you.

Day 0 Arrival – Tetebatu Village 600m

You will be picked up from anywhere in Lombok by our driver, taken to “Tetebatu Village,” the trekking center, and checked into our previously booked hotel. Our guide will give you a briefing about your scheduled trekking experience the following day.

DAY 1: Tetebatu – Campsite 3,000m

Your team will pick you up at your hotel and then take you to the National Park Office to register. Afterward, our driver will drop you off at the jungle gate, and you will start to walk for approximately 9 hours, trekking up to the campsite for the first night.

DAY 2: Campsite – Summit 3,300m – Tetebatu village

Our team will wake you up at 3:00 am for the summit trek, and you will begin trekking up to the summit at 03:30 am. After the summit trek, you will walk back to the campsite. Our team will serve your breakfast, after which you will gear up for a 9-hour walk back to Tetebatu village. Our driver will drop you off at your next destination in Lombok.
